契約を結んだ広告代理店の何百とある広告から、自分のホームページに合った広告を選び、自分のホームページ上に掲載します。バナー広告は、いわばテレビでCMを流すように、自分のHPでCMを流すというものです。
誰かがその広告バナーをクリックして商品をやサービスを購入したとします。企業には当然利益が発生しますので、その一部を手数料としてそのホームーページの所有者にキャッシュバックするという仕組みです。
広告バナーは誰でも簡単に貼れますので、自分のホームーページにあった企業のバナーを貼ればサイトの見栄えも良くなりますし、大手企業もたくさんありますので信用アップにもなりお金ももらえて言う事なしです。

色々ある広告代理店ですが「ホームページで稼ぐ」で紹介してますが、広告代理店は企業や一般の方をつなぐ大事な役割を持つため、さまざまなデータの管理や維持は何より力を入れています。
でないと企業が今まで培ってきた自社のイメージや個人の方の信用を無くしますからね。下手をすると企業から「損害賠償の請求！？」なんて事にもなりかねませんので、昨今の情報の漏えい問題もあり広告代理店もかなり力を入れて管理していますので安心です。
